1.Prepare your day:An early morning workout, no doubt is the best practice an employee or student should adapt. You should always mark early morning exercise as your first activity for the day.
It may be difficult to develop or adapt but trust me, within one-two weeks of seriousness, you will love doing it everyday as it have become part of you

2.Brain boost and energy: Morning workouts are one of the best ways to feel energized and prepared for your day. In fact, a morning workout might even give you more energy than a cup of coffee! You will inspire yourself more.
4.Sleep enhancer:Believe me,Exercise, in general, is known to promote better sleeping habits. However, exercising in the evening can make it harder to fall asleep at night (as it boosts your endorphins). One study found that participants who exercised at 7 a.m. experienced deeper, long sleep than those who exercised in the afternoon or evening. Morning workouts are the best way to reap all of the sleep benefits of exercise.
5.Lower blood pressure. Regular exercise is fantastic for helping to prevent hypertension. As it turns out, exercising in the morning might be even better! The same study mentioned previously also found that early morning exercise is best for reducing blood pressure. Researchers found that those who worked out in the morning reduced their blood pressure by 10%, and this reduction of blood pressure carried through the remainder of the day.
6.Less stress. Doesn’t it sound lovely to walk into your office free from any built-up stress and tension? Breaking a sweat before work will lower your body’s cortisol levels (stress hormones). Exercise will also help relieve tension and relax your muscles, which helps to fight the negative effects that stress has on your body.
If you can’t make a morning workout fit with your schedule, that’s completely fine! While there are many health benefits of working out in the morning, regular exercise is terrific for you no matter what time of the day it is. The most important thing is to remember to exercise daily – whether that’s in the morning, over your lunch break, or in the evening. The best time of the day to exercise is the time that works best for you!

Are you a morning workout person? If so, feel free to leave some tips on becoming a morning exerciser below!

The Three Main Functions of the human being Skin

The human being skin have widely variation of its functionalities and capabilities, which aids the body to work perfectly. Here is The Three main functions of the human being skin which is for Protection, Sensation & Regulation and others.
The human being skin or integumentary system is the largest organ of the human body and is approximately 16% of a person's body weight. The human being skin's function is to keep our insides in and the outside world out (Protection). Also the three main functions of the human skin is that it protects us from heat, cold and injury. It is also a sensory organ that tells us when things are too cold or too hot, too sharp or too close and allows us to feel things with our fingers (Sensation).

The human being skin has mechanisms that help us to cool down and warm up. For example when the weather is cold, the blood vessels in our skin constrict to redirect blood to our vital organs, to keep them warm. Goosebumps help keep us warm by forming a layer of erect hair to retain heat. When the weather is warm, the blood vessels dilate or expand to send blood to the surface of the skin to cool down. Sweating, another function of the skin, also helps to cool us down. All of these mechanisms are a form of thermoregulation.

The human being skin consists of 3 major regions.

1. Epidermis

2. Dermis

3. Hypodermis or subcutaneous

Now let’s talk of The Epidermis

The Epidermis is made up of epithelial cells in 4 distinct layers over most of the body except the hands and feet which have an extra layer. The layers of the skin are:

Basal layer or Stratum Basale is the deepest layer of the epidermis. It is a single row of epithelial cells called Keratinocytes which are constantly dividing and sending new cells up into the next layer. This layer contains melanocytes and merkel cells.

The next layer is the spinous layer or Stratum Spinosum. It is the thickest layer of the epidermis and here the keratinocytes spread out and lock in to all the other keratinocytes creating a kind of patchwork quilt of oddly shaped cells. As many of the joins are at sharp angles, this is nicknamed the spiny layer. Melanin granules and Langerhan's cells exist in this layer.

The Stratum Granulosum or Granular layer is the next layer towards the surface. This layer is less dense than the Spiny Layer as the cells flatten out and become more compact. The Granular layer is where fibres called keratin filaments start to gather together and lipids (fats) accumulate to prepare the layer to fulfil its job of protecting the body. It is at this point that the cells is no longer living.

The Stratum Lucidum or clear layer is only present on the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. It is made up of dead cells that look clear under a microscope. It gives an extra layer of protection and flexibility to areas of most friction which also makes up the three main function of the human being skin.

The Stratum Corneum is the thick, outermost layer of the human being skin and consists of dead, keratinatised cells called corneocytes. The cells are bound together with connectors called desmosomes and their function is to protect the deeper layers from water and injury. The Stratum Corneum is constantly sloughing off its outer cells while being replenished from below.

The Dermis

The dermis is connective tissue. Connective tissue is a supporting framework. Its main components are Collagen, Elastin and Ground Substance.

The Dermis supports and strengthens the epidermis and is made up of connective tissue. It has 2 layers. They are not clearly defined as in the epidermis but rather a continuum, from the papillary dermis near the epidermis, to the reticular dermis below it, which then merges with the subcutaneous tissue.

Layers of the Dermis

The Papillary Dermis   as regards to the three main functions of the human being skin
The Reticular Dermis as regards to the three main functions of the human being skin

The Papillary Dermis

The Papillary Dermis is the thin upper layer closest to the epidermis. It is called the papillary dermis because it projects papillae (nipple-like structures) into the epidermis. This fixes the dermis to the epidermis so they don't slide over each other. The Papillary Dermis contains Capillaries - which provide nutrients to and remove waste from the cells of the epidermis which is one of the three main functions of the human being skin.

The Reticular Dermis

The Reticular Dermis is the largest part of the dermis and it contains many structures such as hair follicles, sebaceous glands, sweat glands, nerves, blood vessels, lymph vessels, muscles and other glands. This layer gives strength and resilience to the skin because of the presence of a scaffolding of Collagen and Elastin fibres in a kind of syrup called Ground Substance.

The Hypodermis or subcutaneous tissue

The Hypodermis is the tissue that lies under the dermis. It is mainly made of adipose tissue (fat), connective tissue and blood vessels but many of the structures of the human being skin such as hair follicles, glands, nerves and muscles extend to this area. The hypodermis anchors the dermis to the underlying fascia (layers that surround body structures such as bones and muscles). The reticular dermis blends into the hypodermis rather than the two being well defined separate layers. Now that we have finished all about the three main function of the human being skin

Synthetic skin care products that is suitable for natural anti-aging skin

Synthetic skin care products that is suitable for natural anti-aging skin From food to energy, everything is about going green these days. Then how can it not be the same for the synthetic skin care products industry? People around the world have begun to realize the benefits of natural anti-aging skin care products. However, there are still many people out there who don't believe that they actually work.
On the contrary, they are far more effective and much gentler on the skin in comparison to the synthetic skin care products, only if you know the right ingredients to look for. Here is the list of the top ingredients to check before buying your favorite natural anti-aging skin care product next time.
Retinol
There is nothing like retinol if you want to fight all the signs of aging. However, being a derivative of vitamin A, it is also natural anti-aging found in our skin. It is the one used in most of the synthetic skin care products synthesized in one way or the other.
It is said to promote healthy cell turnover by boosting the collagen production, reducing the fine lines and wrinkles. Along with it, it not just only inhibits the formation of acne lesions as well as pigmentation, but also improves the color and the skin tone. However, remember not to layer it with benzoyl peroxide or alpha hydroxyl acids, as they will deactivate it.
Peptides
Peptides are the fragments of active protein that effectively communicate with the cells and particularly instruct them to behave in a certain way. Since they are the fundamental building blocks of the skin, without it the skin won't remain intact and the result will be the loss of firmness, appearance of wrinkles, change in the texture and color of the skin.
As you age, you lose fat, which causes the skin to sag and develop fine lines. On the other hand, these small proteins stimulate new skin cells to grow and heal by producing more collagen and signaling the muscles to relax thereby minimizing wrinkles. However, alone they are not the solution to every sign of aging and other skin problems. As there are peptides who directly simulate the skin such as palmitoyl pentapeptide and there are others which don't, but do penetrate deep into the skin to act as a delivery mechanism for other ingredients.
Alpha and beta hydroxyl acids
These acids are basically derived from either fruits or milk, and one of the most effective synthetic skin care products which dissolves the glue between the dead natural anti-aging skin cells that accumulate over the time to makes the skin complexion dull. This in return, makes room for the regrowth of new skin cells acting as the perfect exfoliator. They are scientifically reported to improve wrinkling, roughness and mottled pigmentation of the sun damaged skin.
The main difference between AHA &BHA lies in their lipid solubility. AHA is water-soluble and BHA lipid or oil soluble. Due to this difference in properties, BHA is better used on oily skin with blackheads and whiteheads. Whereas, the AHA is better used in the thickened, sun-damaged skin where breakouts are not a problem.
Ceramides
Ceramides are one of the top synthetic skin care products ever used. The natural anti-aging Skin  lipid molecules that are found naturally in a high concentration within the cell membranes. All the four layers of the epidermis contain ceramides since they play an important role of or holding the skin cells together. They form a protective layer to reduce infection and help to retain the skin's moisture. The reduction in this very component leads to a dry skin which eventually causes dermatitis wrinkles.
The topical application, with the help of the synthetic skin care products is used to replenish to natural lipids that are lost due to various factors, including the harsh environmental factors too. Ceramides, in particular, are also known to effectively treat eczema as well.
So, the next time to go out to buy another of your favorite natural anti-aging skin care cream or serum, do make sure it contains at least one of these effective anti-aging ingredients.
